A6 Square Knot Journal

Incorporating a technique learnt at the Centro del bel Libro, a specialist bookbinding school in Ascona, Switzerland, each hammer & daisy handmade A6 square knot journal is an individual piece.

Using a mixture of vintage fabrics such as embroidered doillies and printed tablecloths, quilting fabrics and the like, no two journals are the same. All materials are sourced with archival concerns.

Bound with an exposed spine held together by a series of small square knots over and through brass wire and rods. They sit completely flat when open due to the flexible nature of the spine, making them ideal for drawing, writing and recording random thoughts.

Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, it fits snugly into a hammer & daisy A6 journal pouch.

Twenty five double sided pages in length, using quality papers from 100 to 150gsm. Blank pages.
