Delivery and Shipping
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. For Australian in-stock orders, delivery may take up to 3-5 business days. For international orders, deliveries can take up to 2 weeks. If an item is back ordered or out of stock you will be notified immediately. We use Australia Post for all our postal dispatchments. For domestic orders over $100 we use Registered Post to ensure safe delivery.
Please note: if you order multiple items and one or more of the items is on backorder, your order will not be shipped until it is complete. If there is no delivery quoted for your country please email us and we can arrange a shipping price for you. Shipping and handling fees, as well as Australian GST (for Australian residents only), are calculated upon checkout.
Payment / Privacy
We accept all major credit cards through our online payment service, paypal.com, a free and secure payment method. Please refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions. In the future we plan to have other payment methods available to our customers. To further protect each customers privacy, we do not sell, distribute or share customer information under any circumstances.
Return and Exchange Policy
We can provide an exchange or credit note for items other than earrings (due to health reasons) within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt. We must receive the returned items in original and unused condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we do not refund. If you have any questions regarding an exchange please contact us. Please also include your invoice and tags when returning items.
You may notice that our prices change from time to time in currencies other than $AUD. We do update our prices periodically to reflect the current exchange rate based on our original Australian price.
